Over the past year, the total volume of villa transactions in the primary market amounted to $28 billion, which is 34.8% higher than in 2023.

 

Villas are often chosen by families with children due to their larger space compared to apartments. Additionally, villas are appreciated for their suburban lifestyle, large plots, and lower service fees (from $8.7 per m² compared to the average of $52 per m² for apartments).
