Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) in Dubai is a former ghost town transformed into an ambitious residential development with brilliant plans. Located in the northern part of Dubai, close to areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR, JVT offers convenient access to major motorways, making it easy to get around the city. Divided into nine zones, this neighbourhood offers more than 13,000 housing options and includes villas, townhouses and flats. The neighbourhood focuses a lot on animals, offering a pet shop and one of the best veterinary clinics in Dubai. It is permissible to pass through here with pets. JVT creates a favourable eco-friendly environment with shrubs and trees adorning the streets.

The complex offers premium amenities, providing a comfortable and safe lifestyle. It also has a community centre with a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment areas, making it attractive for family living. Nakheel Properties, a property complex located in JVT, is popular for both renting and buying property. The neighbourhood has a geometric triangle configuration and is divided into 9 ‘numbered’ districts. There are over 5,000 luxury villas and townhouses surrounded by landscaped gardens. Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) offers a variety of rentals including duplexes, furnished and new flats. Rental rates vary depending on the amenities offered and start from AED 30k per annum. The residential apartments in the area are built with safety in mind and have classic Mediterranean architecture.

JVT District 5 is located in the centre of the district and offers an abundance of sports facilities, parks, restaurants and educational institutions.

Noor Apartment 1 is a low-rise complex with a variety of flat options.

Finding parking spaces in JVT is not a problem for residents, as residential villas are equipped with dedicated entrances for parking up to and more than two cars. As for the apartment buildings, there are designated parking spaces for each of them.

As this is a gated community, there are currently no subways or bus stops in the area, so residents have to rely on taxis. However, the nearest bus stop is about 10 minutes away in the neighbouring Dubai Production City area. Dubai Internet City metro station is the closest, about 15 minutes away.

There are three major supermarkets in JVT: F Mart, New Safestway Supermarket and Triangle Supermarket. The most central and largest of the three supermarkets is F Mart Supermarket, where residents can go for large groceries. Other convenience stores in the area include Danat Express and Cherry Grocery.

Cultural and Religious Sites

Alyaziah bint Ahmad bin Mubarak Masjid is located in area 4 of JVT and is the only community mosque for residents. At other times, residents can attend Saleh Mohammed Bin Lahej Mosque in JVC or Samad Mosque in The Springs neighbourhood.

As for members of the community who profess the Christian faith, there are several churches located in the nearby Al Muntaza Jebel Ali neighbourhood such as the Evangelical Christian Church of Dubai, Dubai Mar Thoma Church and Saint Mina Coptic Orthodox Church.

On the other hand, residents practising Sikhism and Hinduism will find the Guru Nanak Darbar Temple within a 15-minute drive, while the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple, located in Dubai Marina, is a 17-minute drive away.

Schools and universities in Jumeirah Village Triangle

One of the best nurseries in the area is considered to be Jumeirah International Nursery. There is also Kids Kingdom Nursery, as well as nurseries in neighbouring JVC areas – Raffles Nursery Town Centre, Amity Pre-School, Kids World Nursery and Stepping Stones Play School.

These include Mediclinic Springs Clinic, which offers paediatric services, and Alcon Dubai Eye Centre, located directly in the JVT area. The Umm Suqeim 1 area is also home to Medcare, a multidisciplinary medical centre where qualified medical staff and state-of-the-art radiology and laboratory facilities are available.

In addition, residents can easily access several renowned hospitals in the neighbourhood. NMC Royal Hospital in Dubai Investments Park, Saudi German Hospital in Al Barsha and Al Zahra Hospital on Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) are within a 15-20 minute drive from Jumeirah Village Triangle.

Shopping Malls, Shopping, and Restaurants

The Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) area of Dubai will soon be home to the Al Khail Avenue shopping centre, which offers a variety of shopping and entertainment options. This mall will include many shops, cafes, restaurants, a Waitrose supermarket and numerous entertainment facilities including a cinema. At the same time, JVT residents can check out other malls in the region such as City Centre Me’aisem and Mall of the Emirates, which offer a wide range of shopping and entertainment options including cinemas, restaurants and Ski Dubai indoor ski resort.

Beach in Jumeirah Village Triangle

One of the best incentives to live in Dubai is its exotic beaches. Jumeirah Beach or JBR Beach is located close to JVT, just 20-22 minutes away. Apart from the stunning coastal views, guests can visit the many cafes and eateries along this beach. The Walk at JBR Beach’s famous shopping centre, The Walk at JBR, has many fine and reasonably priced restaurants where visitors can indulge in their favourite dishes.

The neighbourhood has public parks with tennis courts, cricket and football pitches, as well as walking and cycling paths.
