A new residential complex has appeared on the Jumeirah Beach Residence – Bluewaters Island, created by Meraas. There are 10 apartment buildings, 4 penthouses and 17 townhouses. You can easily reach JBR Walk from Dubai Tram stations. Jumeirah Beach Residence Tram Stations 1 and 2 also connect to the Dubai Metro.
